Why group coaching?
Level up your Caliber experience with coach-designed workouts and guidance.
Have a question about your workouts, diet, or recovery? Just ask your coaches in the group and get expert answers you can trust.
Not sure if you’re doing an exercise correctly? Post a video to your group and get detailed feedback and help with your form.
Stay engaged with daily support from your coaching team and community. They’ll keep you on track even when you don’t feel like getting a workout in.
Frequently asked questions
Your coaching team will create and unlock new Pro workouts each month, giving you long enough to make progress with each set of workouts while also giving you regular variety on autopilot.
You have full control over making modifications to your Pro workouts, and your coaches will be more than happy to suggest substitutions if you’re unable to do any of the recommended exercises.
Each of our Pro groups caters to different levels of experience – from beginner to advanced. You should be able to see the recommended level of experience on each card when selecting your group.
Unlike typical group fitness classes, you complete your Pro workouts on your schedule, at a gym or at home. During your workouts, your team of coaches is available to answer any questions, as well as provide support and encouragement along the way. In addition, you can chat with other members of your Pro group who share the same fitness goal.
You will be interacting with your coaches via your dedicated Pro group, accessible from the Groups feature in the Caliber app. Simply send a text or video message to the group, and one of your coaches will get back to you there directly.
Pro members have access to our in-app video form review feature. Simply tap the Form Review button on the exercise you need help with, and follow the instructions. Your video will be shared to your Pro group for feedback from your coaches.
We recommend sticking with your group for at least 30 days to get to know your coaches and familiarize yourself with the program, but you are free to change groups at any time.
Yes, once you save a set of Pro workouts to your Training Plan, you’ll be able to access them forever in the app, even if you’re no longer a Pro member.
You can cancel your Pro membership at any time in the ‘My Account’ section of the app.
